Route One Farms

Jeff Larkey and his crew at Route One consistently grow some of the most gorgeous produce around. Their fields provide the majority of our crisp green cabbage. For one batch, they picked it on Monday, delivered it on Tuesday and by Wednesday night it was on its way to becoming kraut.

Doesn’t get much fresher than that!

Coke Farm

Innovating and farming organically for more than two decades, Dale and Christine Coke work closely with a number of Northern California growers to provide much of the deliciousness that goes into our krauts.

Rodoni Farms

Third generation farmers growing the best organic leeks for our Horseradish Leek Kraut. They also grow gorgeous brussel sprouts and ever so lovely pumpkins. We’re scheming to get both ingredients into one of krauts. Sprout Kraut has a nice ring to it, right?

Lakeside Organic Gardens

For over 100 years the Peixoto family has been farming in the Pajaro Valley on the central coast of California, and their experience shows! They grow a wide variety of fresh produce, and we love to use their fresh local veggies in our krauts.
